We believe in yoga postures (asana) and their ability to stretch, strengthen and transform your body, to help manage and relieve chronic pain, and to break down the boundaries of what you think you can do, both on and off the mat.We believe in yoga breathing techniques (pranayama) and their ability to calm your nerves, increase your sense of vitality, and improve your ability to deal with the pressure and stress of everyday life.
We believe in yoga meditation (dharana) and its ability to improve your focus, to make you a happier person in every situation, and ultimately to open your heart to something much greater than yourself.
We believe in Yoga, and we want to share it with you.
