It’s been a long time since I ran a workshop on the science of breath control, or Pranayama; we’re on again for this 2-hour workshop.

You’ll learn how your breath is directly connected to your nervous system, how the breath connects to the subtle life-force, or prana, and you’ll be taught a few essential breath rhythms to help quieten your mind and harness the energy of prana on a daily basis.
