In this practice we will move through a challenging and balanced flow yet working to keep a sense of tranquility and clarity throughout. Focusing on core strength, that stems from our ability to deeply trust the process and walk into the fire when it calls, in order to find a deeper sense of stability and inner power in our lives . Encouraging us to remain present and hold a deep sense of gratitude. Includes dynamic asana, core and strengthening work, some pranayama and beautiful mantra.

In this practice we will move through a slow and mindful flow with a focus on deep hip and heart opening….resting in being is complete, it is never boring, it doesn’t contain anything and yet it lacks nothing…it is love that just is…it is stillness, connection, movement and right action…the practice will finish with a little mantra, pranayama and a long, sweet savasana. A perfect balance to our morning practice!


Tahl is a committed yoga practitioner, teacher, portrait photographer and mother to 3 beautiful young children. Born in NYC and raised in Israel, she now calls the beaches of Byron Bay Australia home, where she co-founded Creature Yoga.
Officially introduced to Ashtanga as a child by her Mom, Tahl established her own practice upon returning to New York in her late teens. While travelling in Australia 12 years ago, Tahl was introduced to the Melbourne Ashtanga Centre and her primary teacher Dena Kingsberg. In 2012, pregnant with her 3rd child, she completed teacher training with Dena (2000 hours) at the Byron Shala, as well as a Level 1 Teacher Training in Vinyasa (RYT 200 hours) at Essence of Living International Academy. Tahl continues to study with a number of incredible teachers, such as Jared McCann, Clive Sheridan, Carlos Pomeda, Rod Stryker, Elena Brower, just to name a few. 
As a teacher, Tahl shares a creative and accessible blend of Vinyasa and Ashtanga in a strong, fun and dynamic style, infused with mantra and pranayama. Her classes, like her photographic work, celebrate the raw beauty of life’s moments and the individual strengths each of us carry within.
