Call them adjustments, or assists, or whatever else you like; a good adjustment is one of the best things you can share with your students, and it’s something that you can’t give or receive online! I’ve learnt a lot from teaching for over 15 years and around 10000hrs, and I’d like to pass that knowledge on to others.
Adjustments have been a traditional part of the practice of Yoga since before it came to the western world. Sadly however, more and more modern Yoga teachers have never been taught how to give safe, effective, and appropriate adjustments, to the detriment of our students.
This workshop aims to redress that deficit. It is only for practicing Yoga teachers, and only for those who wish to not only improve their teaching skillset, but offer more to their in-person students.
The workshop will run from 12pm-5pm both Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd of January. In those 10 hours you’ll learn who to adjust and when, what to adjust in each posture, how to do so safely, and why adjustments are so beneficial to your students.
Total cost for the weekend is $360, and spaces will be limited. This cost includes a manual for you to take home. To book your spot please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org. It’s time to “level up” your teaching!
